Personal Introduction
I am a student at one of the Al-Azhar Institutes, where I have studied several religious subjects, including:
- Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence)
- Tawhid (theology)
- Tajweed (Qur’anic recitation rules) in both Arabic and English
I have completed a course in teaching the Qur’an, Arabic language, and Tajweed to non-native speakers (with honors).
I finished memorizing the Qur’an at the age of 14 and received an Ijazah (authorization) in the Qur’an.
Professional Experience
- Teacher of Noor al-Bayan and the Qur’an for Non-Native Speakers of Arabic
- Taught Noor al-Bayan to an American child for almost a year.
- Volunteered in a group to correct Qur’anic recitation for non-native speakers.
